About Me
I know what it’s like to sit on the other side of the therapy room - to reach for help in the middle of pain that feels too big to carry alone. My own healing work has shaped how I show up with my clients: with reverence for your story, the belief that even the most shattered parts of us are worthy of kindness and care, and the knowledge that there is a deep and sacred strength pulling us toward wholeness.
Whether you’re facing trauma, anxiety, loss, or questions of identity and faith, I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity. I believe that healing is possible and that you are not what has happened to you. We are created to create: meaning, beauty, connection - even out of what feels like ruins.
I particularly enjoy working with college-aged and young adult women, as this season of life is often full of transition, questions about identity, and a deep longing to understand oneself, relationships, and purpose in a more meaningful way.
I also enjoy working with young therapists and clergy seeking support, personal growth, and who have required hours for licensure. I am happy to sign off on these.
